After I turned 50, I wanted to get healthy again. With my kids grown, there was less of a need to rush home after work. My husband and I started riding trails out at an old federal fort, and now we can't stop! We love being out in natural settings and watching the sunsets and deer. We both are healthier than we were 25 years ago. Our goal is to stay mobile and to keep my legs in good shape for other fun things I do.
