Exercise can be fun and games! Just one day after the 2012 London Olympic Games came to a close, Ashby Ponds, a Greenspring retirement community in Ashburn, VA, started their own weeklong program of summer Olympics for residents. For the 4th consecutive year, the retirement community hosted a variety of events in which 122 residents participated. This year the events included cornhole, Wii bowling, frisbee toss, ping pong, sponge relay, water volleyball, walk relay race, and billiards.
