At age 89, Sid works out 90 minutes a day, 4 days a week, beginning at 6 a.m. A former Marine, Sid is a member of the 2,000 Workout Club at Oak Crest, the Erickson Living retirement community in Baltimore, MD. He was honored recently, along with other 2,000 Workout Club members, when he reached the 3,000 mark with 3,042 trips to the fitness center, where he does a combination of cardio and strength training. Exercise is a vital component of his health and wellness regime.
